Some high schools have competitive weight lifting and powerlifting teams that compete in league competitions. Also there are international amateur powerlifting organizations where individuals compete. Bench, deadlift, squat.
Not true, in 2016 my DS was offered an ECP scholarship to an MJC after not receiving an offer 1st board. He declined and then was offered a 3 yr AD on 2nd board which was upgraded to a 4 yr after 3rd board.
It is a completely separate program. If your DS wants AD in the Army, not reserves or Guard, this is not the program that will give him the best opportunity for that. I am quoting info I have read on this forum posted by ROO's from different colleges as well as forum moderators.
Ok sure I can appreciate your position. I just hate to see someone without specific knowledge possibly giving a prospective cadet false hopes. I mean, now the kid gets his hopes up, but what if he/she gets dumped with no scholarship after 3rd board? It would conceivably hurt more.
There are way too many unknowns to make predictions. The PMS interview score is massive, and no one knows what that is. They won't tell you how many points you received on the interview. There is also the questionnaire score. No one knows what their score is on that either. If you ask, Cadet...
