Yep. People can go and watch them march to Jacks Valley. You can hold up signs and be encouraging but there is not direct interaction with a particular cadet.

Are any of the parents groups or AOG doing any sort of fund raiser where they will hold up a sign for a cadet during the march? I want to have my DD see a sign from us during the march but we are in TX and cannot be there. We would definitely pay for someone to hold up a sign that we make though.

My DD's AOL told a similar story about one of his candidates. He said that she was notified 2 days before she was set to report to USAFA. She had already put deposits other places and set up housing, but she took the appointment.

We had this same question in our house.
