I wonder whether the 2nd board results were released very soon after the board dates because of the board's having been delayed by one week - as a way of catching up, in other words. If so, then getting results this Tuesday would be unlikely and we'd be looking at early April results, instead...

So, for 3rd board maybe Tuesday March 27th will be the day. It's the Tuesday after, just like Feb 6 was.

A little levity: My DS is only a mediocre applicant (no offense, Son!) and he's still "board ready," so the weird "not selected" status any top-shelf candidate is seeing today is probably just IT noise.
