8th grade girl hoping to go into the navy

hi, I am in 8th grade and would like to go to USNA and later become a fighter pilot. Some background on me: I have 20/15 vision, no allergies, and no Athsma. I was wondering what I can do now, aswell as later so I have a chance of getting in to USNA. I don't really care what type of advice you...

    Eczema and naval service

Okay thank you for that tip, I didn't know what to do about that because sometimes doctors are not always 100% on their info. And I can vouch for that hearing what my moms coworkers do... I will be sure to see if I can go to the doctor soon and I will tell them about that. The last question for...

    Eczema and naval service

I will be sure to go to the doctor, but before I do I am trying to get rid of it on my own and it seems to actually be working. All the redness is gone and it is no longer itchy. I just didn't want to go to the doctor and get medicine that will possibly DQ me. I just don't know what would...

    Eczema and naval service

Sorry for being all over the place, I'm still trying to figure it out, but Pima has helped me a lot. I have told my mom before coming on here, but I think she thought nothing of it. And yes, I have figured out what helps my problem, and what if I tell you it's almost gone!

    Eczema and naval service

Okay, I'll mention it to my mom again. She might have just thought that it was a spur of the moment because we had just seen the blue Angels. The cadet program is CAP, for now I only know one person who does it and they seem really happy in it. As of now I am doing band, soccer, cross country...

    Eczema and naval service

Thank you for your help. I know that my dreams may change, but for now this is what I want to do with my life. I'm not even sure it is eczema, but if it is I will conquer it. I just didn't what to get a diagnosis because I thought it would lessen my chances and I would immediately get rejected...

    Eczema and naval service

What do I do if it's dermatitis? Will I get DQd? Whatever it is its going away and is almost gone. All I want to do is be in the navy or airforce, even if it not in flying. I have sensitive skin, so u don't know what the cause may be. I don't know if eczema or psoriasis can just show up randomly...

    Eczema and naval service

Thanks for th tips. My mom and dad don't know that I want to be in the military yet, so they will probably wonder what is going on when I ask what is going on my record. My mom is a doctor, could she do the letter stating that it is cured (when it has been cured of course). I am super close to...

    Eczema and naval service

Thanks a lot for that advice, but I actually found out it is just very mild psoriasis which can go away and I am working on getting rid of it. I am enjoying being a kid and I am making plenty of memories, but I feel the need to start working now because I want to get good grades and have a...

    Eczema and naval service

I talked to a naval recruiter yesterday and he said that it won't really matter because I have not gone to a dermatologist and had it diagnosed. It is not in my medical records, so he said I'm fine. I also got a second opinion and they said that once I get rid of my psoriasis I am edible to apply

I also heard of a new small pox vaccine that could be safe for eczema. Nothing about my skin is on my medical records and I have read things that say if it's not in your records you could get through meps and then say you notice it and get cleared for the small pox vaccine
