NSTC INSTRUCTION 1533.14 Not only is the NPP new, schools that are participating provide a FULL RIDE scholarship for the first year. A lot of work is going into this program and working towards room and board for the remaining 4 years... more to follow. Expect RAPID growth for SY 2020/21.
