    How long does it take for a ROTC 4 year scholarship to transfer between schools?

    Hope you're right and that this is the process. My DD has a Navy Scholarship and she's trying to transfer into VT. Just submitted her forms this weekend.

    My daughter received a NROTC scholarship months ago and just two weeks ago got a DQ for a concussion she had back in her freshman year of high school. She was out of school 2 days and has stayed an honors student, athlete, worked, and more. It never got in her way until now. She's been in touch...
