For my DS, three weeks.

I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemies to experience the agony of waiting for the waiver… true to what others have said, LOA means nada especially if you’re sitting on the waiver decision.

Kids and situations can be different. There was a time when I had do intervene due to traveling complexities involving DS leaving his boarding school in CA to attend SLE and NASS back-to-back with flight connections and two days of gap in between with local big-city transportation and lodging...

I personally find that race-based admission process helps nobody at the end, although racial bias exists prevalently everywhere including in academic institutions.

Shouldn’t take that long. My DS sent his SAT score from Aug and it was received by USNA by late Sept.

Where in the USNA portal? It’s posted in the portal for USMA, but not for USNA. No email in the spam folder either.

DS has LOA showing in the USNA portal but nothing in the form of letter or any other written correspondence. Has others received one?

It's quite common to see applicants with 1500+ SAT (98-99 percentile) with 4.3+ GPA in my congressional district. There are so many applicants for nomination, interviews are conducted across two full days for USNA and one full day each for AFA and WP.

I had submitted the supporting doc before AMI, but haven't heard anything back for over a month.

Are you certain that it was an official CFA?

Many have gone through the portal issues. My DS finally saw accurate submission and receipts after two full months.
