For the miscellaneous checklist, it stated that midshipman/cadet for NAPS need to have collared shirt, casual/dress slacks, pair non-athletic shoes, belt, 2 pairs of running shoes Is there a certain color that we need to get for the shirts, belt and the shoes?

I meant the PDF form to where I have to take it to the school nurse/doctor for the measurement. I was emailed the document, but unable to view it.

I was wondering, I got a Contingent LOA for NAPS and awaiting on my medical waiver. The deadline to accept any appointment is May 1st, but if my medical waiver process is still ongoing, what must be done? Another question I have is when you finish NAPS, do you have to start the USNA Application...
