    Picking A State School I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination. We contacted several NROTC Coordinators on this and if you look at page 26-27 on the NROTC Application it states clearly that you must have "A State" school listed within your top three target college selections...

    Hi when I went to the NROTC Scholarship site - it displayed the message 2011 When you go into the NROTC web page, hit apply it returns the 2010 date - they just did not expand the site to include 2010. The Scholarship site is the most up to date.
