    What qualities make a good NAPS candidate? Is it pretty much just for athletes without the grades, or would candidates who are at the top of the waiting list be offered some spots?

    Congratulations to your son and your family. If I may ask, how did your son lose his ROTC Scholarship? I ask because my son is a waiter but has an ROTC Scholarship to a top west coast school.
