Congrats! That is really good news for you. I'm thinking that their admission is so messed up this year. They are very slow and send emails to ppl who didn't even get the nomination letter to accept/deny, rejected the admission, and send the acceptance later. I have not heard any colleges...

Don't worry about it. As I'm a Top Secret clearance holder, I know very well how the process works. The investigator interviews only the people you referenced. Unless you are married previously, you don't need to put her name on the paper.
