Thursday is when parents tour the Yard and see the academic and extra curricular displays in Dahlgren Hall. We didn’t get there until Friday AM in time for the Superintendent’s Welcome.
My son is Mid athlete and took a whole year off of sports. Didn’t hurt him in the least to take a long break. In fact it helped him enjoy his sport more. He’s still enjoying his sport at the Academy and plans to stick with it.
Time is on your side. The Academy works with you to help you choose your major. You have much more guidance than at a civilian college. Currently, Mids need to declare their major before Spring Break 4/C year
