I found a post from about a year ago of someone who attended NAPS. Although I am not 100% positive myself, I am sure you can place some validity on his statement.

Thanks usna051 and trini1066. I just need to know because I plan on purchasing a motorcycle this summer, and it would be pointless to purchase one now if I can't ride it at least during my time at NAPS.

My question was not pertaining to the Naval Academy itself rather it was for the Naval Academy Prep school. Since we would not be midshipmen and are technically in the reserves, I'm assuming that the rules would be slightly different.

It is my understanding that you can have a POV at NAPS, but can that vehicle be something other than a car, say a motorcycle?
