That was my question when she told me that they could select 20. Apparently, the academy is allowing them to nominate more so that more VA students are able to receive a nom. I believe she said that Warner and Kaine will each have 20, so that increases the number available overall.
I haven't heard from Comstock yet, however I heard that someone called Senator Kaine's office, and that they should start releasing decisions today. But I haven't heard from him yet. Warner's coordinator told me that they had 62 interviews for USAFA, and will be able to select 20 this year. So...
