I spoke with a sales rep from Dell, and he told me that all latitude and precision models are nist 800-147 compliant...thing is, I'm a computer geek and I personally hate Dell, so looks like I'm screwed lol

So I'm trying to get this laptop that has all the specs I'd like but I can't tell if the bios framework is NIST 800-147 compliant. I tried contacting and asking the computer company but none of them know the answer. I tried looking it up online and I cant find anything on any laptop being NIST...

No, it's still showing that I'm on hold but she did tell me that the portal will still read hold until she changes it next week.

Well guys...my admission officer called me today and said I'm in!! The package will be sent today and I will receive it sometime next week!! God is good!! For those on hold, just keep positive thoughts and wait for your notification!! For those who got in, I'll see you at Indoc!! :thumb:

Nope, nothing yet. Upon speaking to the admission officer in charge of my region, she said that most applicants find out this month. So I'm constantly checking my portal.

I had a remedial due to finger surgery I had in November. I completed my medical exam and eye exam around January 23rd and DODMERB reviewed it and requested remedial paperwork by January 28th. I faxed the paperwork over on the 29th and they reviewed all the remedial paperwork on the 30th. I was...

Yeah the overnight trip was awesome! I got to meet and greet all of the professors, admission officers and midshipmen. Also, my host is in EMT club so I tagged along and got to do things paramedics usually do, it was great. But now, the hardest part....waiting. Hope we all get that FedEx package!
