Hi bubalma - hope all is well! Just checking to see if any of my friends from last year got it, and I know some did.

Is it as "Big" as you always imagined? My DS is loving Catholic, working as an intern on Capitol Hill and thoroughly enjoying that. Still talks about the Naval Academy and OCS. We'll see what the future holds. Again, very happy for you.

Hello old friends - well, it looks like DS has decided to reapply. we have said very little since the TWE arrived, I just know he started the reapp process but has not talked about it much. Today he met with ROTC unit where he will be attending in the fall and in the end decided he really wants...

DS has started reapplication process - but I have not spoken to him about it since. He is looking forward to being in DC in the fall and I think he was more stung by the TWE than he let on. Hopefully we will be waiting - again - with you all....Good job Currey on getting the new thread started!

Yes we live in Massachusetts. It is not bad as there are many shuttles from Logan to DC. The fact that he is so excited make it easier. And in a zippy little twist of forum fate....he is rooming with Roseville's son! He transferred his ROTC scholarship to Catholic and our sons are now roommates...
