    Sleep Deprivation at USNA

Speaking simply based on my experience thus far as a freshman engineering major in NROTC, I can say that this sleep deprivation is prevalent in college as a whole (especially in STEM majors) and is only furthered via NROTC (or USNA obligations). My advice would be to start working on time...

    Georgetown NROTC at George Washington

Anchor7, First off, congratulations to your DS, the GWU NROTC Unit is a great unit to be apart of. In regards to visiting, I would definitely schedule a visit to come out and see what the unit/school is like. As far as recommended time periods to come out I would recommend a Monday or...

    CVW...2nd Offer

I received my CVW invite during my junior year after I had completed my summer seminar application which also serves as the preliminary application. When I attended CVW in February of my junior year many of the other "drags" were juniors as well.

    NROTC

@USNA Applicant I am currently a Marine Option NROTC Midshipman and I have actually faced this dilemma myself. You can in fact switch Marine to Navy (or vice versa) after receiving the Marine/Navy Scholarship but there are some stipulations. First, you have to reapply for the respective...

    NROTC Unit Change Request

Hello, I am currently wanting to request a unit change for my NROTC scholarship. How difficult is this? Do they typically approve unit change requests even if I have been admitted to my current assigned school? Thank you for your help.

Better to be Waitlisted now or CPR?

One question, if yield is 90% wouldn't the spots that need to be "refilled" (after an appointment has been denied) be filled with someone off of the wait list?

    Wait listed

    April first and still CPR!

For those of us still CPR would it be too early to fill out the class of 2021 preliminary application?

    April first and still CPR!

I'm in the same boat, trying to be optimistic.
