Will I be able to submit new CFA scores once my overall application has been completed?

My astigmatism is at CYL/AX -3.75 x 180 for the right eye and -3.75 x 160 for the left eye. However my eyesight is correctable to 20+/20+. Assuming I am a competitive candidate is a waiver likely to be granted for my case?
