I am an AS100 cadet and also an Electrical Engineering major. I have heard that the Air Force considers EE to be one of the "critical" majors and caps the number of "critical" majors that can go rated some years. Is there any truth to this?
The email which notified me about my Type 1 offer was from James C. Parsons. All is said was that he was the "Registrar" at AFROTC. Sorry that's all the information I got from the email.

I'm very happy to say I received a Type 1, 4 year scholarship. However, the scholarship is only eligible at one school (Rochester Institute of Technology). Is this normal for scholarship offers? RIT was my first choice and that's where I did my interview (Detachment 538).
