My DS ran into a 2023 grad at Tulane University, who is pursuing a law degree under one of those waivers.

When my DS was at sea, he was paid approximately $550 biweekly during sea year training. While some of his earnings got spent in international ports, some made it back for expenses at school.

Has your daughter exhausted all senator and congressional nominations in your state? Often times other congress members don’t use all their nominations and therefore you may be able to pick one up from one not in your district. Have had several friends kids who did that and even late in process.

I seem to recall a midshipman on the Rowing team that got married between second-class and first-class years. Don’t know much other details. But she just came right back to school to finish her senior year with wedding photos in her Facebook profile.
