    My son had a successful transfer request in 2012. The only "problem" that came up is that I had to pay registration fee for two schools until he rec'd an answer from AROTC. It was $750 well spent. He wrote a simple request, I don't think he gave any specific reasons. The army did save same money...

    A virus brought on a mild case of myocarditis. Docs want a 3 month hiatus from physical activity. He was home on break when this happened. Hospitalized for 2 days. Anyone know what the AROTC take would be in this situation? He is on full scholarship.

    DS has a 3 yr arotc scholarship. He has decided he is not happy with army and wants to be a marine. Does he have any options? I do not want him to bail out on his scholarship if there is a way around this. Appreciate any help/suggestions.:frown:

    BGO interview

    interview not updated DS had interview in September. USNA candidate site still says interview pending. When DS emailed BGO to see if there was an oversite, he rec'd a curt reply that he was "aware that that the interview was not submitted yet." Should he be concerned?
