I sent an email to my admissions counselor a few weeks back with updates to my application. There has been no response. I know they are very busy reviewing applications, so should I wait or try to get my updates in a different way?

Typically how are you notified if and when you are granted an appointment. Is it possible to receive notification by mail from your MOC before your portal is updated?

Should I type it up in a word file or just keep to short and sweet in the body of an email

I have items that I feel would be significant to add to my application. I know I should submit these to my admissions officer. I just wasn't sure what was the best way to do that. Could someone advise?
