Does anyone have data regarding selection (job drops) for the different rated positions such as Pilot, CSO, ABM, and RPA. Pilot is commonly referenced, but what about the others?

Can anyone help clarify or verify what I heard from my DS? I understand from my C2C at USAFA that there is a new wrinkle (in the last year or two) in the way jobs are selected. He explained that class rank 1-100 gets jobs first, then 300-400, followed by 600-700, and then 101-299, 401-599...

Any updated information on RPA slots and fill rates from this years job drops?

A Doolie will not get booted due to 341’s written by a ‘23 Cadet. It takes quite a bit and would involve the active duty officer and/or NCO. Nothing to worry about at this point. Best advice is to do what he’s told, hold his tongue, and work Hard through the next 4 1/2 weeks.
