A good rule of thumb is to focus on STEM courses (Calc, Physics, Chem, etc)

Not sure about yellow arrows but DoDMERB has different deadline (sometime in April I believe).

The employer evaluation does not show up. You have to email your FFR or someone else to check that it is on file.

Mine is dated August 19. I went to SLE, passed CFA there, not a recruited athlete, had most teacher recs in, and my essays hadn’t even been started. Passed DoDMERB but waiting on the official appointment...

I don’t think anyone can really promise you that. I’ve had an LOA and medical qualification since August, with three noms since Nov/Dec. I’m keeping expectations low by knowing I will receive the offer by April/May. This way anything before that will be a nice surprise and I don’t worry myself...

I went to SLE as well but had to do both interviews. I’ve heard both sides so I’m not sure if the SLE interview takes it’s place all of the time.
