University of Portland is making an exception for the cadets to live on campus.

Had the same thing happen to me, applied for national scholarship but didn't get anything for the 3 boards, then got a 3 year AD offer. My ROO told me that he had a limited amount to hand out so I assume there was some sort of competition between cadets.

I wasn't selected either, congrats to those who were though.
