Greetings! Spring Semester started in mid-Jan, now mid-April, AFROTC still hasn't paid the invoice. Anyone else having this problem (is it systemic or just at DS det)? Same school with an Army ROTC Det has paid the bills, so it can't be a DoD-wide issue. Appreciate your feedback! Sherlock
