Switching from Tier 2 up to Tier 1
Hi, DS applied to colleges in Nov. for choices in tier 1/2 (aerospace and bioengineering) before he decided to apply for NROTC. When he applied for NROTC he put bioengineering. We didn’t notice the tiers at that point. He got placed at a top school‘s NROTC with scholarship for Tier 2. He was...
