I called the embassy but the consular office doesn't treat this issues. Through the most forbidden archives, I found contact information from the naval comission in Washington. I will be waiting an answer from them. Thanks for the zeal, my comrade.

The embassy doesn't provide the information about Col Tony Espinosa, the defense attache listed on their site. I sent two questions about it to USNA almost two months ago and still waiting an email. I am aware of that.
