    Hi stlusna23. Congrats on your appointment to the Naval Academy. At least on the forum, you were the first college re-applicant accepted. I am a high school senior and was just turned down by USNA on Monday. Heartbreak, but I do want to re-apply. Did you try to have things finished by the time you went to college? Did you re-take the SAT? Just trying to map out my strategy. Thanks

    Thank you for the congrats. Here is what worked for me. Get everything completed as quickly s possible. Essay's, Recommendations, CFA, new essay, re-take SAT. Everything was completed by the time I started college. I wanted the review board to see my application the very FIRST time they met.

    My schedule at college was exactly what Plebes take. Was in AFROTC which was great to have on my application. Made sure my college was ready to send my first semester transcripts the minute they were available.
