If you are saying that you didn't receive a nomination because it didn't show up in the portal yet, give it some time. They take a couple days to show up in the portal, and the deadline was only yesterday for the MOCs to submit their slates. Hope this helps.

I believe there was information sent out that they would change CAR until Jan 31st. As long as action was taken before Jan 31, I believe it is still good. Then again, your CT is going to want your counselor to also send a verification email that you indeed have done that activity.

DODMERB deadline is not Jan. 31 to my knowledge. As long as you took care of what you have control over, the Admissions are pretty lenient, especially with COVID slowing down a lot of progress.
