Even though everything is completed, will the squadron not appear until everything is processed by USAFA?

Since there's no AOG Bed & Breakfast this year and I'm traveling alone, where should I start as far as making hotel and travel arrangements to the gate on I-Day?

Does this mean that appointees who opted for the government paid plane ticket be required to arrange our own hotel and transportation to the gates on I-Day?

@yessir516 My advice would be to start as early as possible. The portal for the USAFA application opens in July but most nomination sources have the materials open year round. The sooner you turn the application in the better.
