I run track and XC and have had to deal with shin splints. When I got them, I only ran on grass and other soft surfaces. Also used a band, and put around bottom of my foot and held it, and would push my toes forward, should feel it in shins. Icing helps too, and try to roll out your thighs...

I was cleared by DODMERb over a month ago and my portal still says pending medical. My portal even shows medical received.

Just curious if anyone has the same thing; my portal had a conditional appointment waiting on my DODMERb. It was cleared a few weeks ago, but the conditional letter remains.
