i agree; there were plenty of people who werent in the best of shape; nd then there were some in like awesome shape... i did pretty average on the mile (7 minutes 7 seconds), mile nd a half (10minutes 30 seconds), and the three mile which was every1 running 2gether which is at a 10 minute 30...

well i just returned from Summer Seminar 2009 Session 2 (ALPHA(most motivated company) 1-4) wooo that week was great; watch what you eat though cuz they bring all the gud food out when you are bout to do major exercise so temptation is definitely a challenge by itself
