It's ok, sir. Ever since the post below, I've had a few "helicopter parents" gunning for me...

CDT PorkSausage - I asked on another board this same question: Is there some kind of drinking water quality problem (lead, bad tasting/smell, sediments, etc) at West Point, namely in the barracks? Much obliged...
The packing list for CBT has arrived in the portal, and it gives a full range of various items to bring. I've already read the numerous posts on this forum regarding socks and compression shorts, but I'm having troubles finding information on the undershirt worn with the Multi-Cam ACU-OCP tops...
I guess Admissions isn't announcing their 1st big wave or posting pics of baskets full of BFEs like the last 2 years, but you can infer from the "Appointment" post that there was a (1st?) wave of appointments sent out in the 2nd week of January. There have been other smaller ones later.
Why does RDay's date need to be "assumed?" It's already published in a few places...July 2, 2018.

:oops2: Why the heck would Thayer Hotel publish the return date from winter leave??? :oops2:
FYI - Each year, they publish R-Day, A-Day, PPW, & Grad Week...not the entire academic year's calendar...

Absolutely incredible! USMAPS published the R-Day date back in October. I guess they should have received approval with certain helicopter parents on this board before posting it...lol...
...adieu...:ban:
Being relatively new to this board, have you seen the Hotel Thayer publish incorrect dates in the past? When did this happen?
I saw a post from last year where an early R-day date was announced using the Thayer Hotel as a reference before the official calendar was published...
R-Day: Monday, July 2, 2018
Acceptance Day Weekend: August 17, 2018 - August 19, 2018
Plebe Parent Weekend: March 8, 2019 - March 10, 2019
Just like previous years, it can be found here: http://www.thethayerhotel.com/usma-class-of-2022-873367.html
