    USNA Approved Female hairstyles

Glad everyone approves of the video. This video was the result of issues on I-day at the barbershop regarding how females could wear their hair(the Commandant resolved it). Hopefully the future females Plebes will have no problems with hairstyles.

USNA posted a video of permitted hairstyles for female Midshipmen, faculty and staff. I am in the video.

    I-day Schedule for Plebes

I was under the impression I could wear my hair in corn rows, is that not correct?

    I-day Schedule for Plebes

I am part of the Class of 2022 too and filling up my calendar with all sorts of events including a Christian ice cream social on June 27, 2018 for all incoming plebes sponsored by the Officers' Christian Fellowship at 6PM at 31 Upshur Rd at the home of Chaplain Robert Burns located at Worden...

    From Waitlist to this??

Dear Mommy Doc: Congratulations to your son! Please do not think he is going into 13th grade just because he did not get a direct entry. I just completed NAPS and there were positive aspects to this extra year that no one could have predicted. Focus on the goal, what is his end game? And if...

    State Nomination Threads - Moderated

    Pssssst. Parents for incoming plebes

Dear all: You are clueless... Caring and concerned, yet clueless. Race and money has nothing to do with thriving at a liberal arts school in a large city. It has to do with being around worldly people who will not go up to my DD and touch her hair without asking because they are curious...

    Pssssst. Parents for incoming plebes

Dear all: For those not in the pedagogical world, Waldorf is an international school, where love for one another exudes from the teachers and the students are very well rounded from milking a cow to writing a sonata. Anyway, my child started something and believes she has to finish what she has...

    Pssssst. Parents for incoming plebes

2022 Mom & Ship Shape: Since "my child" was the subject of two sentences, of two separate posts, it appears one would infer that the writer of the post was a parent. In addition, Ship Shape, not every one is cut out for military life. My child had a Waldorf education which inspires one to be...

    Pssssst. Parents for incoming plebes

Falcon chic: My child would thrive in a school with a lot more diversity, i.e. urban setting with inner city students.
