^Austinl I submitted my application a little before October 14, and as of today the 1st of January, I have gotten nothing in the mail, and my status has been "no decision has been made" on mine ever since.......so I'm hoping that maybe some time in January I will get it but I am a Tier 3 major...

He's right, the IE one didnt work for me either, as long as you either Mozilla (which I use) or another one it should work. If it says you don't have the security for it, just follow the steps and it will work from there! Good luck! =]
