    NJ-7 is a highly competitive district because it takes in a number of affluent communities with high achieving high schools such as Millburn, and well educated families, resulting in very high test scores for its applicants.

    Last year my DS got the BFE on or about January 16. He did not have an LOE or LOA. Was called by his nominating source a few days before with a heads up that he had been admitted

    My DS chose West Point over ROTC at Princeton, but for him the decision was easy, because as he said "I haven't dreamed about going to Princeton since I was 5 years old." That being said, you can't go wrong either way. Congratulations on putting yourself in the position to have such great choices!
