You are correct. I was accepted to Virginia Tech; however, I am on a waitlist for their NROTC unit. Thank you for the clarification.

I won the four-year NROTC scholarship in late April; however, I was assigned to UNC (my first choice). UNC denied my application so I immediately sent in a placement change request to Virginia Tech. I was put on a waitlist and have not heard any news recently. Will this process continue...
