Yes, I have a relative who received an appointment with a presidential nomination. It is highly possible they had multiple nominations but definitely has a presidential.

DD got an appointment in her portal the same day her BFE arrived. We are fairly close to West Point so that probably was a factor. It was awesome because she had no idea what was coming and it was an absolute surprise.

DD’s CFA took 4 or 5 months to change from yellow to green. She was told multiple different people must review and verify and to be patient. Videos always showed as green.
