Have Are there still applications that the Selection Board has not reviewed? Or are they in the process of trying to slot the top candidates with the openings at schools right now?

Does anyone know how many applicants are left in the pool for NROTC scholarships and how many more scholarships offers will be extended?

My DS was selected for a 4 Year Scholarship to his to 3 in state schools however he is waiting for word on an NROTC scholarship. When does he have to accept his ROTC scholarship? Will he be able to wait to find out if he is selected for the NROTC scholarship which could be in the March/April...
