It's not like an individualized offer its a policy for all cadets in ROTC. The school is LSU if it helps. I'm not sure if its a school policy or all of Louisiana public university's.

Thats all good information thank you so much!! The one issue I have is visiting the campuses are a long hall ones a 6 hour drive which is reasonable. The other is a flight or a 15 hour drive. I will probably visit these schools over winter break if i am admitted by then.
