Mass appointments/twe coming soon?

Seems like the appointment list has come to a halt lately. Can we assume that mass appointments are imminent in the following week?

In my experience, it seems like many get appointed from the NWL in mid-march to mid-april.

Appointments will continue to come out between now and 1 May. They slow down in late April.
There will be a day in April when a ton of TWEs are sent out. However, if you do not receive a TWE, you are still in the running.
The notification deadline is 1 May.
There are no other tea leaves to read or secrets to interpreting the long silence. You just have to keep faith.
It gets hard as we move into April and in to late April.

Is it normal for someone that is 3Q, nomination, and LOA to take this long to get an appointment?
