Under Waiver Review Status - USMC ROTC

My son is currently under waiver review as of 3/26/24 for a single disqualification. The notice states that as a part of the waiver process, the program may request additional tests, studies, or medical records (AMI).

How soon would a request for such information be sent once receiving the DQ? Is the AMI request sent via email and through the DoDMERB portal?

I don't believe that is a specific time frame for the AMI requests. I believe it really depends on what the DQ as every one is different. There may be no AMI requested. As with most updates, there is usually a email/portal update at about the same time.
All you can really do is wait for a update.

The DoDMERB portal is the place to watch for AMI requests.

If outside consult(s) are requested as part of the AMI, then they are scheduled through DoDMETS.
