In the email which notified about the scholarship, there should have been an email for questions. Or simply reply back to the notification email with the form. There used to be a way to do this in the portal but that may have changed since I left.How does the placement change with NROTC work? On the form given, it lists the address of NSTC which I assume is for us to mail the form to. Is there any email we can send it to or do we have to mail it?
