My son had his physical over three weeks ago and it still isn't posted on the DODMERB website. Is that normal? How long does it typically take for the results to be posted?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I took my physical a few days ago and nothing yet. i would assume its normal. try dodmets.com maby its posted there first

My son had his exam on aug 22 and his results showed up 9/12 - so that's 3 weeks to the day. But I'm sure it depends on how fast the examining site gets it sent off and work it way thru the bureaucracy. I thought I read somewhere to allow 6 weeks!!

The DoDMERB physical exam contractor, Concorde, has 30 days from the date of the last exam (either eye or physical) to get all the paperwork to DoDMERB. If you check your son's status on the http://www.dodmets.com site and it states his case is closed, it means that the physical exam is on its way to DoDMERB. From that point you can start checking https://dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil to see when the physical exam arrives. If its greater than 30 days, you will need to contact DoDMERB and they can find out from Concorde where the physical is.

Is it normal for dodmerb/concorde to recieve the medical exam before the optometric. I took my eye exam a day before my physical but on dodmets.com for the past 4 days all i have seen listed was the physical

ChipAyten,

It is possible to have the eye exam arrive at Concorde after the physical exam. Each office has a set amount of time to get the information to Concord, and then Concord has 30 days from the date of the last exam to get the information to DoDMERB.

How do you check your status on the dodmets.com site? It does not use the same password as dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil and I've never received any correspondance about dodmets or any login information for the site. Is there something that I'm missing?

Dodmets.com>Student>your SSN is your username and your last name is your password.

Interesting. Doesn't seem to want to work for me. Perhaps my parents have lied about my identity all along? I guess I'll call them and see what's up. Thanks.
