LOA Received This Morning

There's really nothing one can do to receive an LOA. My guess is that one's profile must really impress the admissions board in order to be considered for one. How that happened with my profile, I have no idea
First of all Congrats.

Can you comment on your application completeness (100 % ?) and medical status ?

Thanks!

I finished all of my paperwork and my DoDMERB in August and my BGO Interview in September.

For the DoDMERB, I had a remedial exam due to a suspicion of me having high blood pressure, but that was quickly taken care of upon submitting my tests.

When was your application submitted?

Everything that had to be finished on my end was completed by either August or September (I apologize, I'm not at my portal at the moment so I can't give an exact date).

My interview was conducted in early September, but my BGO ended up retiring after the interview, so the evaluation wasn't submitted until late October when the state coordinator stepped in.

Honestly, I experienced a lot of bumps throughout the admissions process, so to see an LOA on my portal is quite surprising to say the least.

Thanks and congratulations! My DD is a recruited athlete, and has been in the queue since the middle of October. Just trying to determine when she might reach the top of the pile. Fingers crossed!

Did you submit Early Action or Regular Admissions?

I don't know how it happened, it did. Received my LOA to the Naval Academy as I was walking into first period Calculus!

I thought I'd be the last person to receive one after meeting so many exceptional candidates from my area at NASS. God is good.
CONGRATS!! WHATS YOUR STATE?
