USAFA Class of 2021 Appointments

Oops, I forgot what forum I was on. DS doesn't have his USAFA appointment yet, that was for USNA but unless something has changed the process is the same for USAFA. They call the MOC first and give them a few days to a week to notify first before they update the portal.

Ok, I'll add an update to this question. DS woke up this morning to an email. The time stamp was 430 or something like that.

Oh okay so basically you receive an email notification before checking the portal? Sorry, I don't know about this, but what does the stamp mean?

Well I imagine it happens at the same time so if you were up checking your portal in the early morning hours you could see it there before the email :) But I think you are better to sleep and let it happen. Good luck!

Right at the top where it has your status (it should say "Appointee"), there should be a link saying "click here to accept or decline this offer." Has your portal updated yet?

Apparently not. I'm still listed as a "candidate" I guess I'll just have to wait until it updates, but thank you!!
