USMA Cadet here... will answer questions

I'm trying to branch Engineers, actually, because I wanna blow stuff up before I get put at some desk job.

For IN/ AR, definitely Sandhurst, it's basically the sport of infantry. MIADs are things like Air Assault, Airborne, Sapper, etc. You get those based off of your physical/ military grade. For Sapper/ Combat Dive, which are very competitive, there's a huge smoke session and whoever comes out is considered, generally based on physical/ military OML. If there's no football, I generally sleep in, do some homework, then hang with the rest of the people I know. Weekends are very relaxed as long as there's no training. For packing, wait until the list comes out then I'll let you know what I'd recommend. Graduation gift ideas? If you meant Beast graduation, then lots of greasy food. If you mean West Point graduation, wait until you affirm before you start worrying about that.
Thanks for the information. I'll go out for sandhurst. And for gift I meant like HS graduations, like something that I could get gifted that'd be useful at usma, either during or after beast. I guess that falls along more under the packing questions. Thanks again for your reply!

Fox River socks allllllll day. Maybe a nice multi-tool, too. If you plan on joining Sandhooah, be prepared to ruck, run, and work out like no-ones business, but also be in great shape. It's a commitment, but it's supposedly a great time. I'd be doing it if I wasn't on the Cyber team. However, keep your mind focused on Beast right now. It's the most important step in your transition into being a Cadet, and it'll be best to worry about that before anything else.

What do you use for your banking needs? It looks like getting PFCU and USAA accounts is the right way to go.

What kind of schedule? Daily schedule, or just a competition schedule?
My question is also in regards to this - I know every student is an athlete, is there a list of club and IM sports available to join?

That's what I mean. I would also like to know which club sports are available at different times of year.

Which color Fox River socks is allowed? Sand, or Foliage Green or Coyote Brown?

What boots worked best for you in CBT? I've heard good things about the T8s, any advice?

I used the Khybers or however you spell them. Love the hell out of those boots, could (and hopefully will) walk to hell and back with those things.

On R day I know you do pull ups but do you do any other tests such as push ups, sit ups or a run?
