Hello, HS senior here, wondering what my chances of getting a scholarship for the 3rd board are

GPA: 3.75, all IB classes
4 yrs Varsity soccer, 2 yrs XC (1varsity)
Varsity soccer captain
National honor society
Presidential fitness test: 62 pushups 57 sit ups 5:53 mile run

Thanks ahead of time

Top 5 schools are Gonzaga, UW, Texas a&m seattle u and wisconsin

Is anyone else getting invites from schools and Jr and Sr Military Colleges to apply directly to the schools for the ROTC Scholarship (all branches) ?

Yes DS got an email recruiting him to apply for an SMC, VTech, and the ROO told me they got his info from Army ROTC after he had applied for the scholarship. DS also was emailed and encouraged to apply to Wentworth in Missouri. This is a military junior college. Be careful with the MAC'S because my understanding is they will only lead to a commission in either Reserves or National Guard, and not Active Duty.

Oops sorry...
1220 new SAT
I have had four jobs
No school clubs other than NHS
plenty of community service (roughly 60 hrs)

The big difference, a traditional ROTC Cadet (non-scholarship) can quit after their first 2 yrs, a ECP cadet is commissioned after their first 2 years (which are their MSIII and MSIV years). We have spoken to a couple of ECP that have gone active duty that have very similar stats to traditional ROTC cadets that go active duty. It is still GPA, LDAC, and APFT. They then have 2-3 more years to complete their bachelor degree, at which time they can compete for active duty and whilst completing a bachelors degree they graduate as a 1st LT.

"It is not at a disadvantage coming from a Military Junior College. There is no such thing as ECP active duty slots. Our Lieutenants are not competing for "ECP" active duty slots, they're competing for active duty slots like everyone else." From a commander at a ECP

The Army tells Cadet Command how many active duty, guard, and reserve officers they need every year. Cadets then compete for the active duty slots, or choose to go into the guard or reserve. This is where a Cadet's Order of Merit List score and branch choice come into play.
