Minority Advantage

I'm confused about how an ACT of 25 and a B average puts someone in the top 10%. I don't think it's top 10% of applicants (the folks you're actually competing against).

It's top 10% in the country, not top 10% in the applying class.
 
Back to the OP, I dont think that Asian is an underrepresented class at the academies. In fact, some have suggested that the average scores for people with Asian decent is higher than averages in general.
